🕒 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and production before your item ships.
🚚 Shipping Timelines
United States:
Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 15–20 business days.
International:
Delivery typically takes 15–30 business days, depending on your location and the nearest fulfillment center.
Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, customs delays, high demand, or global disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
❌ Order Cancellations & Address Changes
Need to make a change? You can:

Cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at aura@gmail.com with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER”.

Update your shipping address within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, changes can no longer be made once the order has shipped.
🚪 Delivery Attempts
Most carriers will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
💥 Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at aura@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
